This weeks reading is from the Oracle Card Deck

I will be sharing the information on each card according to his/her interpretations found in the guidebook that accompanies the deck.
Native Spirits Guidance Card 1
Card Meaning: Your roots go deep. Incredible, radiant, healing strength is available to you and grows withing you. Do not doubt your abilities. You’re so much more than you can possible imagine. There’s immense, unseen – but very real – support around you. You are loved and cherished. You are grounded, stable and strong as your spirit reaches high into the heavens.
Your Native Spirits wants you to know: Throughout the world, those in indigenous cultures revere what are called the “Tree People/” The powerful life force of trees can bring healing, strengthening, and grounding energies. The kind of tree might vary from culture to culture, but the reverence and gratitude for its beneficial energies are the same.
The “ancient forest” is alive with nature spirits; additionally, each tree has an individual spirit especially powerful and resilient. The forest can survive the harshest conditions because of the mutual support of the spirit of the entire forest. Your greatest strength is silent and deep. It doesn’t need a show of force…it just is.
Inner power is found through contemplation, reflection, and meditation. Sometimes it comes from times of growth and change; other times it springs from surviving and conquering painful situations. Perhaps it’s time to adopt a tree for yourself to touch, to talk to, to sit with to enjoy a connection with, and to allow it’s nurturing energies to touch you. 😉
Native Spirits Guidance Card 2
Spirit Keeper of the West
Card Meaning: Transformation. Letting go of the old. Initiation. Illumination. Harvest. Gather your inner resources. If it doesn’t feel right, don’t go ahead. Trust your heart. Chaos brings positive change. Almost all change comes out of turmoil; don’t be concerned if there’s confusion in your life. It will all work out.
Your Native Spirits wants you to know: In the medicine wheel, the west is the direction that symbolizes the fiery setting sun, autumn, the waning moon and the time of harvest, and the tumultuous years of teenagers in the human cycle. Out of the chaos arise illumination and transformation. In order for the new to ignite in you life, it’s necessary to let go of the old. Sweep away the debris.
The “Spirit Keeper of the West” reminds us to slow down our rapid growth….and harvest what we have attained. In the autumn, leaves are burned to make way for new growth. Release the dross in your life to make way for new growth.
Perhaps you may want to stand facing the west and the setting sun. Imagine that all limitations and blockages in your life are flowing from your heart into the sun; as the sun sets, it carries with it your cares and concerns to be transformed by its purifying energy. 😉
Native Spirits Guidance Card 3
Card Meaning: Stop and take measure of your life. Assess who you are and where you are. Get grounded. Make plans for the future, but don’t act on those plans until you are ready and feel secure in stepping forward. There is a profound source of strength and power within you, and it is expanding now. Put your roots down. This is the time of preparation and going deeper.
Your Native Spirits wants you to know: “Grandmother Earth” provides the trees, plants, flowers, rivers, streams, oceans, mountains, and valleys, and supports us all with her bounty. She’s stable and strong in her devotion to us. You are loved, even if you’re not always sure of it. Strength is growing within you. Don’t rush. Slow down.
The seeds that you plant now will bring abundance in the future, but only if you take the time to nurture those new beginnings. Take time to plan your future carefully. Don’t rush into anything. Security and protection surround you. You are safe. If you’re thinking of making secure financial investments and receive this card, it’s telling you that this is a good time to do so: it’s not a time to take risks.
Perhaps you may want to deepen your connection with grandmother earth and bring security in all forms into you life, walk barefoot on the earth, place your hands in the earth, or make investments. Imagine the strengthening, grounding energy of the earth filling you and your life. 😉
